1. be out of town
這個(gè)短語(yǔ)如果直譯的話(huà)，應(yīng)為“出城”，但是總覺(jué)得有些牽強(qiáng)。那么正確的用法如何呢？通常情況下，當(dāng)我們提到be out of town 的時(shí)候指的是“出差”，和be on business 的意思差不多。E.g. Where is your father? Well, he's out of town.
2. My machine eats all my messages.
