工信部還提出，將基本普及(grant universal access to)健康管理、居家養(yǎng)老等智慧健康養(yǎng)老服務。突破低功耗(low power consumption)、微型化智能傳感(micro intelligent sensor)等核心關鍵技術，推進健康狀態(tài)實時分析(real-time health status analysis)、健康大數據趨勢分析(health trend analysis based on big data)等智能分析技術(intelligent analysis technology)的發(fā)展，豐富智能健康養(yǎng)老服務產品供給。

針對家庭、社區(qū)、機構等不同應用環(huán)境，發(fā)展健康管理類可穿戴設備(health management wearables)、便攜式健康監(jiān)測設備(portable health monitors)、自助式健康檢測設備(self-help health detectors)、智能養(yǎng)老監(jiān)護設備、家庭服務機器人(home service robots)等。同時，培育智慧健康養(yǎng)老服務新業(yè)態(tài)，創(chuàng)新發(fā)展慢性病管理(chronic disease management)、居家(home-based)健康養(yǎng)老等健康養(yǎng)老服務模式。工信部提出，將充分利用現(xiàn)有信息平臺，建設統(tǒng)一規(guī)范、互聯(lián)互通的(unified, standardized and connected)健康養(yǎng)老信息共享系統(tǒng)(information sharing system)，并加強智慧健康養(yǎng)老服務網絡建設和網絡安全保障。
