中央組織部有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人稱，《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步規(guī)范黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部在企業(yè)兼職（任職）問(wèn)題的意見(jiàn)》下發(fā)后，中組部對(duì)黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部在企業(yè)兼職進(jìn)行了集中規(guī)范清理。

A total of 229 officials at provincial or ministerial level have been told to quit companies where they hold concurrent posts, according to government figures released on Wednesday.

根據(jù)政府部門(mén)周三公布的數(shù)據(jù)，共有 229名在公司兼職的省部級(jí)官員被告知需從公司離職。

官員在企業(yè)兼職（holding concurrent posts）曾經(jīng)是相對(duì)普遍的一個(gè)現(xiàn)象，不少上市公司(listed companies)都會(huì)邀請(qǐng)官員擔(dān)任企業(yè)的獨(dú)立董事（independent director）、獨(dú)立監(jiān)事（independent supervisor）或者外部董事（outside director）。

去年10月，中央組織部《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步規(guī)范黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部在企業(yè)兼職（任職）問(wèn)題的意見(jiàn)》的規(guī)定，現(xiàn)職和不擔(dān)任現(xiàn)職但未辦理退（離）休手續(xù)的黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部一律不得在企業(yè)兼職（government and Party officials who are currently in office or not in retirement are banned to hold concurrent posts in companies）；退（離）休的黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部在業(yè)務(wù)范圍以外企業(yè)兼職必須符合規(guī)定并經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格審批，且不得領(lǐng)取報(bào)酬和各種名目的補(bǔ)貼（retired officials working for companies unrelated to their previous positions must obtain relevant authorities' approval and should not receive any kind of payment or subsidies from the companies）。

該《意見(jiàn)》發(fā)布后，不少公司都出現(xiàn)了官員獨(dú)董的“離職潮”（an exodus of independent directors）。
