Guangdong province
Located in southern China, Guangdong province has for many years been a famous a trading port. The renowned Guangzhou Uprising took place in Guangzhou, the province's capital city. People can also visit memorial museums for marshals Ye Ting and Ye Jianying.

Hakka cuisine is one of Guangdong's three major cuisines. The dish is characterized by the color created by the red oily sauce. The broth is sticky and delicious and the meat is fat but not greasy.
