Innovative steps for timely power supply
Chinese power operators have put in place innovative measures to help new homeowners receive electricity on the day they move into their homes. At Zhongtian Shiming residential complex in Xuzhou, Jiangsu province, the local power supplier teamed up with developers and property management firms to deliver online handbooks to accelerate the power connection process. To help new owners get electricity immediately, staff members of State Grid Xuzhou produced an easy-to-follow guide, allowing clients to submit the required documents via an online State Grid App, or a 24-hour hotline. Every new owner can flip the switch the moment they step into their new homes.
