In the documentary category, A New Kind of Wilderness won the Best Documentary award, while Gao Song took home the Best Director prize for My Hometown Across the Ocean.

Chinese animated blockbuster Ne Zha 2, which has grossed 15.9 billion yuan ($2.2 billion) to top the global animation box office and rank fifth among the highest-grossing films in global box office history, received the Best Animation award in the animation category.

Liu Wenzhang, producer of Ne Zha 2, said at the ceremony that his team will continue devoting themselves wholeheartedly to creating new works.
