JERUSALEM -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday he is determined to launch the recently approved plan to take over Gaza City, which has drawn international condemnation, and that Israel will maintain security control over the enclave after the war while allowing a non-Israeli body to run daily life there.
