France's intl food and beverage exhibition opens in Shanghai


SIAL, the French international food and beverage exhibition, will take place at New International Exhibition Center in Shanghai from May 19 to 21.
The largest food and beverage trade fair in Asia, the 2025 edition of SIAL Shanghai is expected to welcome more than 5,000 exhibitors from 75 countries and regions, showcasing 350,000 products in an exhibition covering more than 200,000 square meters.
The fair is expected to attract 180,000 professional visitors from 110 countries and regions for procurement, covering all channels from import and export trading, retail, catering, e-commerce and wholesale markets.
A number of new Chinese products will be highlighted at the competition for food innovation taking place during the exhibition. These products have gained widespread attention in the global food industry for their healthy benefits, convenience and environmental-friendliness, reflecting the strong potential of China's food industry.
