China expresses concern over Myanmar situation

As a friendly neighbor, China has expressed its concern over the ongoing situation in northern Myanmar. Wu Qian, the spokesperson for China's Defense Ministry, on Friday urged all parties involved to promptly cease fire and work towards swiftly de-escalating the situation.
A recent Chinese military exercise served as a demonstration of the troops' unwavering determination and their capacity to effectively carry out their assigned missions within the theater command.
The Chinese military always maintains a high level of alertness and will continue to take all necessary measures to resolutely safeguard national sovereignty, border stability, and the safety of people's lives and property.
