Moments to capture amid outbreak

As of midnight on Thursday, a total of 64,111 novel coronavirus patients have recovered on the Chinese mainland. Behind it are the great efforts made by medical workers. Let's have a look at heart-warming moments of them.
Remaining at the post

Sun Peng, a doctor with Wuhan Union Hospital West Campus, chose to remain at his post during the outbreak.
The hospital was designated as a hospital for treating COVID-19 patients on Jan 26.
Two days earlier, or on the Lunar New Year's Eve, Sun, packed some clothes to live in a rented house near the hospital temporarily.
As deputy director of the hospital's emergency department, he was preparing to eat when he learned the condition of some patients had worsened. He stopped eating and hurried to the hospital.
"This could be the most unforgettable New Year's Eve of my life," Sun said.
"We've been doing our best to fulfill our duties, even if it may cost our own lives," he said.
