1. Welcoming and studying opinions from internet users
China's online population hit 772 million at the end of 2017, of whom 40.74 million were added in 2017, up 5.6 percent from a year ago. 97.5 percent of the online population used mobile phones to surf the internet.
About 485 million internet users access e-government services through official websites, WeChat, Weibo or apps, 62.9 percent of the total online population.
